Can I order more than one course?
Yes. You can order as many courses as you like. You can purchase 1, 2 or even 10 courses. It’s entirely up to you. All we ask is that if you buy the course for someone else please specify their FULL NAME for certification purposes.
Can I order the course for someone else?
Yes. We call this our ‘Educational Gift’. You can order the course for a family member, friend, work colleague, staff members and more.
When placing your order, just send us an email to inform us that the course is for someone else and we will create an account for them.

What if I don’t pass first time?
We have our exam pass guarantee in place. You will be allowed to retake the final assessment as many times as stated with no additional charge.
What do I get at the end of the course?
Once you’ve finished the course you will be awarded with your certificate automatically. Where applicable, we’ll dispatch this within 2-5 working days of you completing your course.
How do I enrol?
Just click the ‘Enrol now’ or ‘Buy this course’ button, which will add the course in your shopping cart, from here proceed with the checkout and enter your payment details. You can pay securely using PayPal, a Debit/Credit card or direct payment.
Once we have confirmed your enrolment, by completing registration and payment (where required), you will have access to your course straight away so you can enjoy our learning.
What if I do not want to register but still do a course?
You are able to successfully complete our courses (Free or paid), however, it is always good to register so you will not miss any promotional discount for being registered.
Can I study if I live outside the UK?

When does this course start?

Do I need to come to a training venue?
All our online learning paths/courses available at LVS Training are studied online, so you do not need to attend any training venue or classes.
When will I receive my course?
You will receive instant access to your online training course once you have successfully completed the checkout and we confirm your enrolment. We send your login details for the course, along with a receipt for your payment to the email address used at checkout. Please make sure you therefore use the correct email address at checkout.
Will I have a tutor?
Yes. If you need any help or support when studying the course just email the tutor support team and they will help answer any questions you may have. Online Tutor Support Team: same as ‘opening hours’ if not detailed in the course description.
Do I receive a certificate?
Once you have finished the course you will receive a certificate to showcase your new skills and qualifications. This certificate will be sent to you via email in PDF format once you have completed the course. Hard copies of certificates are available for an additional cost.
Are there any deadlines?
At LVS Training our courses are online and can be studied your own pace, without any strict deadlines for completion throughout the duration of your course. You have 6 months access for the course, so you have ample time to complete the course.
If you don’t finish the course within 6 months, you can also email us for an extension on your course.
How long do I have access to my online course?
You will have access to a course for 6 months from the date of joining. Should you need to extend your course after such time, just contact student support services.
Is the online course recognised?
Our online courses follow the criterias authorised through the Awarding Organisation, ncfe/cache.
Who is ncfe/cache?
ncfe is recognised nationally across the United Kingdom and internationally around the world, thus the ncfe qualification should be recognised by academic institutions, public organisations and private companies.
Your certificate will contain the universally recognised ncfe cache logo, once you have successfully completed our full accredited course. See our main LVS Training website for details.
Can I cancel or refund my online course?
Yes. We offer a 7 days peace of mind guarantee. As long as you haven’t logged into the course, you can get a full no questions asked refund within the first 7 days after ordering.
Can I “Buy with Confidence”?
You will be glad to know that you can buy our course with 100% confidence, because it’s covered by our 7 Day Peace of Mind Guarantee.
If for any reason, you change your mind about the course within 7 days of purchase, so long as you have not accessed the online course, you can claim a full No Questions Asked Refund.
As soon as the course has been accessed (the learner has logged in) no refund can be offered to the student even if they are within the 7 day period.
How can I get in touch with my tutor?

Can I do my course on paper instead of online?
No, at present, our online learning paths are 100% online. You are given an assessment/quiz at the end of each section to test your understanding.
Will I have assignments to submit?
No, our online courses do not require you to submit assignments as you have an assessment/quiz at the end of each section.
I’m not great with technology- will I be able to learn online?

Do I need any previous experience or qualifications before I join a course?
Most of our courses available require little or no previous knowledge prior to signing up or enrolling.
What is the difference between signing up and enrolling?
Signing up is our online courses, whereas, enrolling is our accredited courses. Our online courses are designed to lead to accreditation if the learner requires this. There will be additional assessment and cost for an accredited qualification and certificate. Contact us for more details, as all courses vary in contents and cost.

What are the entry requirements?

Throughout the course, students will undergo numerous online assessments to measure how effectively the knowledge is being absorbed.
At the end of each module within the course, student will take an interactive assessment to assess the knowledge that they have just learnt. This provides a great tracking tool and is useful for reflective learning.
Once all the course modules are complete delegates will take an online final assessment test, which will generate questions contained within the entire course. The final assessment test is fully interactive and will be marked instantaneously.
If you don’t pass the final assessment first time around, you can take the assessment again as many times as necessary at no extra charge until you pass the course.
